EAWOP Conference 2015: Job Crafting

During the EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) May 2015 in Oslo, Norway, I organized a symposium entitled “Yes we Can! Proactive Management of Work and Careers” (co-organized by Maria Tims). As part of this symposium, we presented our paper “The Influence of Future Time Perspective on Work Engagement and Work Performance: The Role of Job Crafting” (co-authors: Dorien Kooij (first authors) and Maria Tims).
