IEMA Module on Organizational Behavior

on Thursday October 5th and Friday October 6th, I gave a module about organizational behavior as part of the IEMA (International Executive Master of Auditing) program in Maastricht. The students of this program are all working towards their executive master degree in Auditing and also need to be aware of several factors related to human behavior in organizations. Among other things, we discussed the topics of personality, conflict, perceptions, motivation, and decision making.
