On Tuesday June 4th 2019, I gave a keynote lecture at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in De Hague. The talk focused on students' upcoming choices for internships and, ultimately, the next steps after graduation. We discussed the important of being proactive, developing career competencies, and especially of finding a strong person-career fit.
