Interview Financieele Dagblad (Dutch Financial Times) about Career Shocks

I was recently interviewed for an article in the FD, the Dutch Financial Times. This was the kickoff article of a new series on articles discussing setbacks that people have experienced in their lives. The interview with me was intended to shed a scientific perspective on this topic, particularly talking about the role of career shocks. Some of the things discussed in the article include the role of ambition in career shocks and the question of whether negative shocks always need to have negative impact on people's careers (the answer is no).
