Invited Research Talk at the University of Mannheim - October 18th, 2023

In October 2023, I was invited to visit the University of Mannheim. During my visit, I gave a research talk to the Area Management Department about my recent research on sustainable careers and career shocks. Among other things, I shared our conceptualization of sustainable careers and what recent studies have taught us about this theme. Furthermore, I talked about the latest insights in research on career shocks. The session was well-received and interactive, leading to some meaningful discussions with the audience. It was a true pleasure to visit colleagues at Mannheim, get to know new people, and have such exciting discussions about career research.
