Keynote at Vlerick HR Day 2022 - June 8th, 2022

On June 8th, 2022, I gave a keynote about crafting sustainable careers during the Vlerick HR Day 2022 in Ghent, Belgium. Among other things, we discussed the changing career landscape, the things individuals can do to craft sustainable careers, and the role of employers and HR in stimulating sustainable careers. After many online sessions in 2020 and 2021, it was a true pleasure to be in front of a live audience of around 120 people again!
